The latest Linden Home theme has arrived and although I don’t feel this will be a keeper theme for me as usual I like to claim one and have a play around with some decorating ideas.

Instantly these houses speak to me of a mix of country shabby, folk and primitive art and Nordic Rosemaling. I absolutely adore Rosemaling but there is so little of it on the MP. I chose a couple of trunks, artworks and cabinets plus a milk stand most of which were on the older scale of things and not mesh items.

The Chalet landscaping speaks to me – lush mountains, rocks and the fact it is being introduced in Spring seems appropriate. The windmills and seating areas are a joy – not quite the iconic Bellisserian lighthouses but pretty impressive nonetheless. Introducing the roles of Miller and Lighthouse Keeper seem an obvious way to go in the future if it were at all possible…?
